SonicEject – Privacy Policy

SonicEject is designed to respect your privacy. The app runs entirely on your device using AVAudioEngine to generate cleaning tones. It stores your cleaning history locally using MMKV. SonicEject does not run its own servers, does not create user accounts, and does not collect or transmit personal information.

What SonicEject collects

SonicEject is developed and operated by Foster Apps LLC. SonicEject stores your cleaning history (preset used, date, and duration) locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is never transmitted to external servers.

SonicEject does not:

• Collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information.
• Sell your data.
• Track you across other apps or websites.
• Use third-party advertising SDKs.
• Share any information with third parties.

In-App Purchases

SonicEject offers a one-time Pro unlock and an optional weekly subscription. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and Apple's StoreKit framework. Foster Apps LLC does not receive, process, or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed by your Apple ID under Apple's terms.

Audio usage

SonicEject plays audio tones through your device's speaker using AVAudioEngine. The app does not access your microphone and does not record any audio. The app requests the audio session category to allow background audio so the cleaning cycle continues if you lock your screen.

Crash reporting

SonicEject may use on-device, privacy-preserving crash diagnostics provided by Apple (via Xcode Organizer and MetricKit). These reports contain anonymized technical information about crashes and are governed by Apple's privacy policy. No third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs are used.

Children's privacy

SonicEject does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app collects no personal information from any user, regardless of age.
