QR Creator – Privacy Policy

QR Creator is designed to respect your privacy. The app generates QR codes locally on your device and stores your preferences using on-device storage. QR Creator does not run its own servers, does not create user accounts, and does not collect or transmit personal information.

What QR Creator collects

QR Creator is developed and operated by Foster Apps LLC. The app stores your QR code content (URL, WiFi credentials, contact info) and design preferences locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.

QR Creator does not:

• Collect or store your name, email address, or any personally identifying information
• Transmit any QR code content you enter to external servers
• Track your location
• Use advertising identifiers or build advertising profiles
• Sell or share your data with third parties

Camera access

The Scanner tab requests access to your device camera solely to scan QR codes and barcodes. Camera frames are processed entirely on-device and are never stored or transmitted. You can revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.

Photo library access

When you save a QR code image, QR Creator requests permission to add the image to your photo library. The app only writes images — it never reads your existing photos or accesses your photo library for any other purpose.

In-App Purchases

QR Creator offers optional Pro subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Foster Apps does not receive or store your payment information. Purchase history is managed by Apple. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Diagnostics

If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may provide anonymised crash reports to Foster Apps. These reports contain no personally identifying information and are used solely to fix bugs.

Children's privacy

QR Creator does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no advertising, no account creation, and no social features.
